The flashlight use to be in the quick access menu (I play on PC). I can't seem to find it after NEXT reorganized the menu. It is still in the quick menu. It is located under the Utilities area, the same place that you change 1st vs 3rd person perspective. It's in the quick menu with the gear. (the one you use to change first person and third ...im pretty sure it lowers the amount the flashlight moves while moving. So its worthless. kinda like most other survivor addons. The light beam like a circle, this add ons make the light more concetrated on a smaller circle if i am not mistaking. It's a worthless add-on dude.
